Hello fellow Bookworms!

My name is Noelia. I’m 23 years old and I live in Spain. I’m a Psychology Grad but at the moment I’m studying an English Culture & Literature major. I consider myself quite the Anglophile (a what? You may be wondering… well, an anglophile is basically a fan of English culture. Yep! That’s me). Anyways, I should have studied this one since the beginning instead of Psychology but what would be life without some wrong decisions? Well, the important thing is that I’m studying it now and I’m super happy because I just love it.

I would love someday to work in the publishing world to be surrounded by books 24/7. It would be the perfect job for me.

My dangerous addiction to reading made me go to YouTube to look up for bookish stuff which is making that addiction even worse now that I think about it (Oops!). Reading has been always a part of my life, since I was a little girl and it has got bigger and bigger the older I get. It is true that YouTube is a big thing today but I decided to start a blog for two main reasons: first, I feel very weird talking to a camera and second, I rather write just because I can expose my thoughts in a more organized way instead of ramble about for hours.

Besides reading, music and TV shows are my other passions. Seriously, you don’t wanna know how many TV shows I watch but all of them give me the feels (sometimes I think I’m a masochist LOL). When it comes to music I listen to a lot of different genres but my favourites are rock, indie, gothic rock and instrumental, including soundtracks, have a special spot in my heart. OH! I get the goose bumps hearing Celtic music. It’s pleasure to my ears.

Reading Diary | February Books | 2018

Feb, 1st - 15:15. Finished the second book in the first volume of the Riyria Revelations and I was pleasantly surprised. I still think the world building is the weakest thing about the story because it's not greatly developed but the story is well-written and entertaining. I'm planning on continuing reading the series because now I'm intrigued enough to want to know how everything will unfold. Feb, 7th - 10:33.  I'm finally prepared to go and see the movie Call Me By Your Name because I just finished reading the novel. I enjoyed it quite a bit. It is a celebration of love and an exploration of sex and identity. It's quite explicit though so if you feel uncomfortable with that keep it in mind if you're planning on reading it.
